Elvijs Plugis is a strategic marketing executive and growth architect with over 15 years of leadership experience across the UK, USA, Europe, GCC, and other international markets, as well as over 500+ projects. He specialises in turning vision into valuation driving scalable marketing, brand-building, digital transformation, and investor alignment for organisations ranging from startups to £250M+ operations.

A recognized senior marketing strategist, business advisor, and analyst, Elvijs operates at the intersection of digital transformation, brand development, and business growth at the level of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO). As an MCIM-accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he is acknowledged for strategic leadership and has advised companies, investors, and institutions on high-impact marketing and business development initiatives.

Elvijs provides expert guidance to startups, founders, brands, projects, investors, and government institutions alike. His deep expertise spans small ventures to large-scale projects, where he analyses and optimises business and marketing efforts at every stage pre-, during, and post-engagement to drive growth, market relevance, and long-term value.

In addition to his role as Founder and CEO of Sigulp, Elvijs is Chief Revenue Officer and Board Director at Grozeo UK, where he leads operational and strategic initiatives designed to scale the company toward £10+ million in revenue and a valuation exceeding £250 million in a period of 16 months. He is also Co-Owner of Techtadd, a global digital marketing agency delivering innovative, results-driven solutions to a diverse international clientele.

With a career that bridges sectors, industries, and geographies, Elvijs is known for building and executing marketing systems that deliver sustainable business growth. His method is grounded in real-world execution blending sharp analysis with creative strategy to align marketing with broader business outcomes.

Elvijs has received several prestigious recognitions for his contributions to international marketing, innovation, and strategic leadership. Notably, he was honoured by Princess Noura Bint Faisal Al Saud of the Saudi Royal Family with the Golden $100 Honour Award  a highly exclusive accolade that cannot be applied for, awarded only through nomination. This recognition followed a landmark project he led, bringing a UK-based business and leadership initiative to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with global stakeholders from the Creative Women Forum project. Elvijs’s broader award portfolio includes acknowledgments from respected organisations across the UK, Europe, and the GCC, reflecting his global impact and commitment to excellence.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Elvijs contributes actively to civic and professional organisations. He is a member of the Conservative Foreign and Commonwealth Council (CFCC) and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce (LCOC), and currently serves as Vice Chair and CMO of the Parliamentary Society for Arts, Fashion, and Sports  reflecting his commitment to creating meaningful impact beyond the commercial world.

As a Business Partner and consultant at SIGULP, Rebeca brings deep expertise in creative direction, branded storytelling, and high-impact media strategy helping brands, institutions, and public figures craft narratives that connect, resonate, and lead.

With over two decades of experience spanning marketing, fashion, film, media, education, investments, and international relations, Rebeca supports clients in developing distinctive brand strategies, high-profile campaigns, on national and global positioning. She is the Founder and CEO of Art in Fusion TV, a media platform reaching 6.1 million+ viewers weekly in 35+ countries, where she has directed campaigns for world-leading brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Dolce & Gabbana, and produced accredited content featured at the Cannes Film Festival, and holds a position of a Marketing Director at Anglia Ruskin University London.

Rebeca advises clients across both private and public sectors from luxury and lifestyle brands to educational institutions, government bodies, investment-related relations, and international projects.
